Bob Mardock - Executive Director

Bob is responsible for vision casting, organizational development and fundraising. Bob is the father of ten children, six adopted. He is co-founder with his wife, Carol, of International Family Services. The Mardocks have recently relocated to Austin, Texas where they are working to expand their work to include Texas foster care children.

Maria Peterson - National Director, Orphan Camp Programs

Maria is responsible for orphan camp development and oversight. Maria is the adoptive mother of five daughters from Russia and has an extensive background in business development, most recently in the area of adoptions and orphan-hosting programs. Maria, husband John and their five adopted daughters live in Frisco, Texas.
